Privacy
This site is run by Indian Lakes Marketing LLC, which publishes LaGrange County Live. Here is what happens to your information when you visit.
What we collect right now
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form. There are no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics or tracking pixels.
The contact form
When you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to Formspree, a form service, which passes them on to us by email at hello@indianlakesmarketing.com. Formspree also keeps a copy on its servers. See Formspree's privacy policy.
We use what you send only to read it and write back to you. We don't add you to any mailing list, and we don't share your message with anyone else. We keep it only as long as we need it to answer you. If you want us to delete it sooner, just ask.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and basic browser details so it can send you the page, and keeps short-lived logs for security and troubleshooting. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Episode audio
Episodes are hosted by RSS.com. When you press play here, or listen in a podcast app, your device loads the audio from RSS.com, which receives your IP address and may count the download. See RSS.com's privacy policy. Podcast apps have their own policies too.
Coming later
We plan to add an email list, a way to send voice messages, a voicemail line, and a way to support the show. Before any of these goes live, we'll update this page to say exactly what we keep, why, who handles it, and how long we keep it.
